You will be refunded your payed amount as soon as the returned products have arrived with us and have been processed. Processing time for returns is around 14-21 days after your return has arrived. For each return you will be charged a return fee of 4,99 €, which will be deducted you’re from your refund.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR THE PRODUCT DOESN’T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE ONE YOU ORDERED?
Your order was damaged during shipping? Or it doesn’t look like the product you ordered
Please take two to three pictures of the scratches, tears, or any other damage, if the damage occurred during shipping. Send us the photos and tell us exactly what is damaged. Or, please, explain to us how the print differs. Direct all this to service@artboxone.de. We will get in touch with you and send you all necessary information concerning your return or complaint. We ask you to please refrain from returning your order to us until you we have gotten back to you with instructions.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF ARTBOXONE
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract at any time within 14 days. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the shipper, took or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (artboxONE operated by Diginet GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestr. 161, 50999, Cologne) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail service@artboxone.de) of your decision to revoke this contract.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you have sent the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
Return costs
You will pay for the return shipment yourself. For the refund of your order, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly requested by you; in no event will you be charged for the refund transaction itself. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You shall return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking its condition and function.
